Activate on a day whose 14-day window contains the cosmetics you want. Earlier is not automatically better, and a busy weekend is not evidence of a better shop. The only defensible method is to compare candidate windows against what is actually known to be on sale.

The 2026 closing date is reported consistently as 15 December 2026. The 2027 start is reported as 1 January by two outlets, while others describe the whole of 2027. Treat the 2027 boundaries as reported rather than confirmed.

A four-step decision

1. Write down the cosmetics you actually want. A wishlist of everything is the same as no wishlist.
2. Check which of them have an observed listing interval, not just an announced arrival date.
3. Find the start dates whose 14 days overlap those intervals.
4. Activate inside that range, leaving margin before the deadline.

Why the planner shows a range instead of one perfect day

When several start dates produce the same confirmed coverage, they are genuinely equivalent on the available evidence. Reporting one of them as optimal would be false precision. The planner reports the earliest and latest start date in that equally good group.

What to do when there is no data

For 2027 there is no shop rotation to inspect yet, so there is no honest recommendation. The planner says so directly and still calculates the window and the deadline, because those are useful even without coverage data.
